We work on all levels. It‘s the same set of questions. If our analysis is accurate, if there is a shared logic on the American side, a shared logic on the German side, then the dynamics, the challenges, are the same, irrespective of level, whether you‘re a member of the board, senior-level management, a team lead or a specialist. Also irrespective of the discipline one works in: engineering, manufacturing, supply, HR, finance, sales, quality, service, etc. And irrespective of the industry sector. Decision making is at its core decision making, whether you make automobiles, chemicals, financial services, advertising, healthcare, etc.

Naturally our clients determine who to group together. And we customize to their needs. But our content, the questions we address, our approach, does not vary. Why should it?
